Iraq and Kurdistan Region Bitumen is a high-quality bitumen product that meets the ASTM standards for penetration-grade bitumen. It is suitable for road construction, surfacing, and some industrial applications. It has a penetration value of 40/60 , 60/70, 70/100, 85/100, and 160/220 means (0.1 mm) at 25°C, a softening point of 49 to 56°C, and a ductility of 100 cm at 25°C. It also has a low loss on heating, a high flash point, and a high solubility in organic solvents.
