Oil-Load Group is inviting qualified and verified international buyers to submit their purchase inquiries for Sulfur Powder, produced from lump sulfur and packed in 1 Metric Ton Jumbo Bags.

• FOB Readiness: Approximately 4 weeks
• Current Stock: Available for inspection at any time upon qualified buyer's request.

AVAILABLE QUANTITY

We currently hold an export license for approximately:

19,742 MT

An additional quantity of up to 15,000 MT can be requested in parallel with our existing contract, subject to the same export conditions.

All relevant export documentation is available, including:

• Export License
• Certificate of Origin (COO)
• Required transportation / transit documentation
• Supporting export documents

PRICING FORMULA

The sales price will be calculated based on:

GCC Monthly Contract Average – USD 35/MT

The applicable GCC monthly contract average shall be based on the relevant Argus publication for the agreed pricing period.

PAYMENT TERMS

1. Irrevocable LC

For buyers purchasing through Letter of Credit:

• Irrevocable LC
• LC to be issued through / payable in Turkey/UAE
• Final banking conditions to be agreed following successful KYC and compliance review.

2. Cash Payment through Exchange Office

Cash settlement through an authorized exchange office is also possible.

• Payment can be arranged in Erbil
• The buyer's designated exchange office must provide acceptable Proof of Funds (POF) before commercial negotiations proceed.

MANDATORY BUYER KYC & FINANCIAL VERIFICATION

All buyers are subject to KYC and compliance verification before entering into commercial negotiations.

Before submitting a purchase request, buyers should understand that their financial standing may be verified through an official banking:

Bank Reference / Status Inquiry

Such verification may be conducted through formal SWIFT bank-to-bank communication, including messages such as:

MT199 or MT999

These procedures are intended solely to establish the buyer's financial capability and legitimacy before commercial engagement.

Buyers must be prepared to provide the necessary corporate and financial information required for KYC and compliance verification.

IMPORTANT NOTICE TO BUYERS

Please do not submit a purchase request unless you are:

• A legitimate end buyer, trader, or authorized purchasing entity;
• Financially capable of completing the transaction;
• Prepared to complete the required KYC process;
• Able to provide appropriate banking / financial verification when requested.

Brokers, intermediaries, and mandates must clearly disclose their position in the transaction and provide the details of their represented buyer.
